Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and trusting Anazo (ΑΝΑΖΩ). Following are the terms and conditions which constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
For shipments to Greece, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days with ACS or Speedex. Orders may face some delays within weekends or holidays.
For international shipments, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days via DHL.
For custom orders or items available upon request, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates
For domestic and international shipping, shipping is free of charge.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Please note that Anazo (ΑΝΑZΩ) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We can’t give you an estimate of the cost because it varies widely around the world. We kindly suggest that you do some research in order to be ready to get your package cleared through customs and have an idea of what the additional cost would be.
